Chocolate Fudge
Peanut, Treenut, Soy, Gluten, Shellfish, Fish, and Sesame Free

INGREDIENTS

10 oz. evaporated milk
1 stick (1/4 lb.) of butter
5 cups of sugar
16 oz. (1 jar) Marshmallow Fluff
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
24 oz. milk or semi-sweet chocolate

DIRECTIONS

Combine the evaporated milk, butter, sugar, fluff, and salt in a saucepan over low heat. Make sure to continuously mix the pot as you are heating the ingredients.
Once the ingredients are well blended, turn the heat to medium-high until the mixture boils. If you start to notice a lot of brown in your mixture, turn the heat down, as that indicates it is burning.

Once your ingredients come to a boil, continue to stir the ingredients constantly for five minutes as they boil.

Remove from the heat, and stir in the chocolate and vanilla until the chocolate is melted.

Line a 9x13 pan with parchment paper and pour the fudge into the pan to cool. Once cooled, either store it out or in the refrigerator.
