Double Chocolate Chip Cookies

Gluten, Dairy, Soy, Peanut, Treenut, Shellfish, Fish, and Sesame Free

Ingredients:

15 oz. Powdered Sugar

2 oz. Cocoa Powder

1 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon 

1/4 tsp. Salt

1 1/4 cup Egg Whites

1 1/2 tsp. Vanilla

24 oz. Chocolate Chips

Directions:

Preheat oven to 325 and line baking sheet with parchment paper. Mix together all ingredients. Spoon out onto baking sheet. Bake for 8 - 10 minutes or until cookies are dry. If the cookies are sticking to the parchment paper, bake longer. Enjoy!
