Holiday Sugar Cookie

Free of peanuts, nuts, soy, sesame, wheat, dairy, fish, and shellfish

INGREDIENTS

4 eggs

1 cup oil

1 1/4 cup sugar

2 tsp. vanilla

3 tsp. baking powder

1/2 tsp. salt 

5 1/2 cups gluten free (or regular) flour (approximately)

DIRECTIONS

1. Mix all ingredients together using enough flour to be sure the dough is not sticky.

2. Roll out dough on waxed paper to be about half an inch thick.

3. Cut dough into desired shapes and place onto a parchment paper covered or lightly greased cookie sheet. 

4. Bake at 350 degrees for about 12 - 15 minutes or until golden brown.
