Oatmeal Chocolate Craisin Cookies

Dairy, Gluten, Peanut, Treenut, Shellfish, Fish, Sesame, and Soy Free


1 1/2 cups Namaste gluten-free flour blend​

2 cups gluten-free old fashioned oats

1 tsp. baking soda

1/2 tsp. baking powder

1/2 tsp. salt

1 3/4 cups packed brown sugar

1 cup canola oil

2 large eggs

1 Tbsp. water

2 tsp. vanilla extract

​3/4 cup Enjoy Life chocolate chips

3/4 cup Ocean Spray Craisins


Preheat your oven to 350. Line your cookie sheets with parchment paper. 

In a bowl, mix together the flour, oats, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and brown sugar. Next add the oil, eggs, water, and vanilla extract. 

Add as few or as many chocolate chips and raisins as you would like. To get an even amount spread throughout your cookies, I found the above measurements worked well. 

Use a tablespoon to measure out the dough. It is important to press the cookies into tight balls. Place balls on cookie sheet and flatten with the back of a spoon. 

Bake at 350 for 13 minutes.
